The relationship of pet owner and pets has changed drastically in the past 100 years. No longer do we require them for travel, farm work, or even to scare away the pesty fox near your chicken coop. Now we have them for enjoyment or sometimes for a particular job such as seeing eye dogs, police dogs, police horse or for competitive sports.

This change in the relationship has allowed a huge education opportunity for the owners’ of the beloved animals regarding quality of their food, training, types of toys and of course, their health care.
